Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We use [insert courier services you use] for most deliveries.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Arise Loom is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: Arise Loom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy: We currently ship outside the United States of America. However, we are not responsible for any additional shipping costs, customs fees, or taxes that may be incurred.

Returns Policy: Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Arise Loom offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 20 days of product delivery.

To start a refund, you can contact us at ariseloom@gmail.com. Please provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ariseloom@gmail.com.
